CUT SHEET METAL AND STEEL UP TO 3/8" Thick

These heavy‑duty nibblers deliver fast, clean cuts in sheet metal, steel plate, weldments, and double sheets, making them ideal for fabrication, maintenance, and industrial applications. Their maneuverable design allows precise cutting around curves, edges, and tight spaces while maintaining excellent control and cut quality. A rotating head and optional dies further expand versatility, helping operators work efficiently in a wide range of positions and environments.

  • For cutting sheet metal, steel plate, weldments, coils, and double sheets
  • Cuts steel up to 0.375" thick, stainless steel up to 0.276" and aluminum up to 0.5" thick
  • Can cut up to 5.25 feet per minute
  • Head can be rotated to four 90° positions
  • Cut over 90° bends with optional die
  • Two speed gearbox (only on CS-3400 E)
