Applications & Usage
- TiAlN Annular Cutters are Armor Plated.
- Ideal for drilling into stainless, inconel, and other high strength alloys where heat and wear are major concerns.
- Ideal for high temperature drilling where uncoated cutters would wear quickly – withstands higher working temperatures up to 1480°F (800°C).
- No lubrication required – drill dry or with water*.
- Suitable for high volume production environments requiring long lasting, high performance cutters.
- Excellent for onsite drilling with magnetic drills during equipment installation, steel erection, and infrastructure projects.
